Payment & shipping

We use OScommerce software just to allow you to make a list of all equipment you think you will need. We do not sell anything ourselves or act as an intermediary. To handle the shipping problem, you should work this out with the manufacturer. If this is not possible, there should be other solutions available like using a shipment and logistics companies such as UPS.

Regarding the purchase price: please note that the ones listed at our site are only indicative. They do not include shipping costs, nor additional costs or taxes. Although we provide (for most products) manufacturers per region, hereby reducing the distance the product needs to travel, shipping costs may still be considerable. Please bear this in mind. Once you informed the manufacturer of which product(s) you wish to purchase, he will contact you and inform you of the full price via e-mail. After this you can still decide whether or not to go through with the purchase.

Note that if you have any doubts on some equipment, or are not sure whether you are making the right combination of equipment, you could mail us, or request a consulation at the 2nd chance network

Regarding refunds, warranty and possible repairs of the product purchased:
this depends on the manufacturer in question. As such, any requests in regards to this should be directly adressed to the manufacturer.
